These Terms govern your access to and use of level10labs.com and any purchase you make from Level 10 Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Research use only
All products sold by Level 10 Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are:
- not drugs, medicines, supplements, cosmetics, or food products;
- not intended for human or veterinary consumption or application;
- not intended for use in any diagnostic or therapeutic procedure;
- not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory authority.
No statement on this site should be read as a medical claim or as a recommendation to use any product in or on a human or animal body.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 21 years of age;
- you are acquiring the products solely for legitimate laboratory research;
- you are qualified, or acting under the supervision of someone qualified, to handle research chemicals safely;
- you will not resell, redistribute, or supply the products for human or animal consumption;
- your purchase and intended use comply with all laws applicable to you.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe these representations are inaccurate.
3. Your responsibility for compliance
Laws governing the purchase, possession, import and use of research compounds differ by territory and change over time. You are solely responsible for determining whether you may lawfully purchase and use a product where you are, and for obtaining any licence or authorisation required. We do not provide regulatory advice.
You are responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable safety standards.
4. Products, descriptions and testing
We aim to describe products accurately, including strength, purity and format. Certificates of Analysis are published per lot where available; where a Certificate is provided, it relates to the lot identified on it and not to any other lot.
Product images are illustrative. Minor variation in packaging, labelling or presentation does not constitute a defect.
We may change or discontinue products at any time.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. We may correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed; where a price is materially wrong we will contact you and you may cancel.
Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
Discounts advertised for multiple quantities apply at checkout as displayed.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Order acknowledgement is not acceptance.
7. Shipping
Available methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
You are the importer of record for international orders and are responsible for duties, taxes and customs compliance. We are not liable for items detained or seized by customs.
8. Returns
Because of the nature of research compounds, opened products cannot be returned.
Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@level10labs.com before returning anything; returns sent without prior authorisation may not be refunded. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged on arrival.
Report damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery, with photographs where possible.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- use, or permit the use of, any product in or on a human or animal body;
- resell or supply any product to a person you know or suspect intends such use;
- misrepresent a product as approved for human use;
- use the site unlawfully, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
Breach of this section entitles us to cancel orders, refuse future service, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
10. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, layout and code — is owned by or licensed to Level 10 Labs and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated, products and the site are provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that products are suitable for any specific research application. Determining suitability is your responsibility.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level 10 Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or research outcomes, arising from the use of any product or this site.
Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Level 10 Labs against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or any use of a product in or on a human or animal body.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your order. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Level 10 Labs is established, and the courts of the jurisdiction in which Level 10 Labs is established have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
